No tiers named after how much we think you'll pay. A simple flat rate for adults, a lower rate for children — with everything that matters included from day one.

The VIP Physical is a one-time visit with no membership required. Non-member wound care is $199 for the initial evaluation, then $299/month for up to four scheduled visits — you keep your current primary care doctor.
Membership is available for ages 12 and up. A one-time $299 re-enrollment fee applies if you cancel and later rejoin.
